Recently refurbished room, fairly clean hotel in general.
Possibly the best and very nice stay for one night. Helpful and pleasant staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge. Great meals with complimentary drinks. Great choice for christmas.

The omelet bar staff brought a good touch to breakfast. There were issues with the hot water , which impacted my comfort and could be improved.

I had a really nice stay here! The breakfast was delicious, especially the made-to-order eggs. My room layout with a king bed and sofa was perfect for relaxation and working. Plus, I loved the bar area vibes during the evening.

There was construction, that was not told to anyone. The only reason we decided to stay, was for the courtyard...and my family was very disappointed.

The staff was fantastic and always went out of their way to help and location was good.
Older hotel, the entire atrium was being remodeling which took away most of the signature "Embassy Suites" feeling, all meals/snacks were held in the dated restaurant.

easy to find; very comfortable bed + bedding; spacious for 2 travelers; not noisy; secure business office to print out boarding passes
not the cleanest (spots on bathroom floor; dirty elevator; etc.); beginning to look a little worn/tired, especially in the main lobby areas + restaurant; restaurant menu very limited; free drinks at bar were sub-par; not a very good breakfast bar; nondescript coffee was another disappointment

Paid extra for a corner suite. I was put right over the mechanicals for the hotel. Noise all night including restaurant staff cleaning items outside.

The suite was spacious and clean, with a separate living area with a cozy couch. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options including made-to-order omelettes. The staff were attentive.
Parking could be a bit confusing.
